About TherapyFit Body Clinic
My name is Farah Sidhu and I am a fully qualified ITEC level 5 therapist, gym instructor and one of the founders and directors of the TherapyFit Group.
TherapyFit Body Clinic has been primarily set up as a ladies only service to provide treatments and therapy fitness solutions for female patients only.
It was initially set up due to popular demand from one of our clinics which was being run by fellow founder and male therapist. The reason for the ladies only element was that some female patients were requesting a ladies only service.
Myself and my co founder and director, have previously worked with a number of police forces around the country and were responsible for providing health care of a sensitive nature to the female population who only wanted to be seen by a female, for personal or cultural reasons. As we started to receive more requests for this type of service we fully understood the need and requirement, hence why TherapyFit Body Clinic was born.
I have spent a number of years training and developing my skills to ensure that my patients can benefit from a wide range of treatments. I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Treatments (FHT) and am fully insured to carry out the following treatments:
- Sports Massage Therapy
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Dry Needling
- Osteopathic Articulation (low or high velocity, using Chiropractic and Osteopathic techniques)
- IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation)
- Dry Cupping
- Medical Acupuncture
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage pre & post op
- Cancer massage therapy (Oncology Massage)
- Pregnancy Massage
- Exercise and Rehabilitation
The Facilities
We have spacious clinics in the Jewellery quarter (Birmingham), all of our clinics have the same set up with equipment and we follow robust cleaning and sanitising procedures before and after each treatment so you can be treated in a clean and fresh smelling environment. We provide fresh linens for your treatment should it be required and have sanitising products and fresh water for patients to use freely. Don't have cash? Not to worry we accept all major debit and credit cards. Parking is available directly outside of the building, chargeable by the hour before 6pm, there are some free bays, but these are on a first come, first served basis.
The Clinic
In 2022 when we expanded our services we occupied our second clinic which is located directly opposite our sister clinic (TherapyFit Treatments). The clinic is a large and airy room, with a privacy screen and blinds to allow the patient to comfortably get ready for their treatment session.
The Jewellery Quarter Birmingham
TherapyFit is based in the Jewellery Quarter Birmingham. The address is - The Jewellery Business Centre, 95 Spencer Street, Birmingham, B18 6DA.
When you get on Spencer Street, you are looking for the building with the big iron/steel gates, shaped like a tree with a glass door behind it.
Come into the reception area and ask for TherapyFit Body Clinic. The Staff at the centre will inform me of your arrival.
During the out of hours period after 17:00 weekdays and all day weekends, the front door is locked so please call or message me on 07886 230085
to let me know of your arrival and I will come out and get you.
